Combined with a motor controlled by a PLC via an RS485 interface, it ensures the following functions:
• Start/Stop of the drum
• selection of the direction of rotation
• control of the speed and rated torque, steady state speed system depending on the nominal load
• handling of the acceleration and deceleration slopes

• dynamic motor braking
• protection against motor overload by thermistor and current limiter (25A)
• delivery of error signals in case of malfunction
• speed settings to 1%
• acceleration and deceleration is adjustable by integrated potentiometers (optional)
